KITCHEN: 蘿蔔魚 Radish Salmon



It's experimental.  Tv + website + my tiny brain + etc etc
1    Thinly slice radish, as thin as you can 
2    Place Salmon with thin slice radish
3    1 tbsp ShaoShing (紹興酒) - it's a must! 

4    1 big pinch of salt (If salt is not enough, white carrots will cause bitter taste)
5    Steam for 8-10 mins. Depends the size of the fish. 
      (over cooked fish will be wasted)
