KITCHEN: 蘿蔔魚 Radish Salmon



It's experimental.  Tv + website + my tiny brain + etc etc
1    Thinly slice radish, as thin as you can 
2    Place Salmon with thin slice radish
3    1 tbsp ShaoShing (紹興酒) - it's a must! 

4    1 big pinch of salt (If salt is not enough, white carrots will cause bitter taste)
5    Steam for 8-10 mins. Depends the size of the fish. 
      (over cooked fish will be wasted)

Nike Run KL 10km



I've decided to challenge my fat body at NIKE RUN 10KM.  
By 27th November 2011, the run has finally arrived *scream*.





Before the run... ..
The one whose leg kicking up is my master.



After the run.. .. .
We survived the run. But our body does not belong to us anymore. 
And master was still as strong as before. 


Lessons for myself :
1    Warm up as much as I can ( I have leg cramp at 7km -.-)
2    Do not run so fast at the first few KM-s
3    Do not lower estimate aunties and uncles power (they run damn fast wei)
4    Wear tight and short pants (pants wanting to fall xD)
5    I heart 100plus

KITCHEN: 餃子 GYOZA























It's experimental.  Mummy's recipe + website + my tiny brain + etc etc
1    KungFu your dough and let it sit for 30mins  
2    Dice and chop pork, taste better than pork grinding
3    Dice shrimp, remember, we just wanna dice 'em not mince
4    Chop cabbage, spring onions and onions
5    Stir fry onions until golden brown
6    Mix all the chopped ingredients as well as golden brown onions.
7    1 big pinch of salt and sugar
      2 drops sesame oil
      2tbsp ShaoShing (紹興酒) -- (optional)
8    Let's wrap!  Skin should be thin. 
9    Pan fry or steam with your choice.  I prefer pan fry *love*
