Nike Run KL 10km



I've decided to challenge my fat body at NIKE RUN 10KM.  
By 27th November 2011, the run has finally arrived *scream*.





Before the run... ..
The one whose leg kicking up is my master.



After the run.. .. .
We survived the run. But our body does not belong to us anymore. 
And master was still as strong as before. 


Lessons for myself :
1    Warm up as much as I can ( I have leg cramp at 7km -.-)
2    Do not run so fast at the first few KM-s
3    Do not lower estimate aunties and uncles power (they run damn fast wei)
4    Wear tight and short pants (pants wanting to fall xD)
5    I heart 100plus
